Chelation

Chelation is a superior and effective treatment for a variety of health conditions and can have a powerful rejuvenating impact on the body.

The chelation treatment involves the intravenous drip into the patient’s circulatory system of a synthetic amino acid known as EDTA. Each treatment is usually two to three hours in length.

The EDTA binds strongly with the calcium deposits on the inside walls of arteries and veins and with toxic metals like lead, mercury, aluminum, copper, tin, etc. The bound particles are then carried by the blood to be excreted by the body.

In situations where the patient's body is deficient in calcium and suffering bone loss as in the case of osteoporosis, it has been shown that EDTA-bound calcium has been reabsorbed by bones where it is needed.

The benefits of chelation in improving the circulation and the condition of blood in the body include the following:

  • Reduction of deposits and obstructions in the veins and arteries, resulting in a lower risk of heart attack and stroke;
  • Greater blood flow to the brain, improving brain function and hormonal balance;
  • Detoxification of toxic metals and harmful chemicals from the liver and an improvement in the many important cleansing and immune-boosting functions of the liver;
  • Reduction of toxic metals in the brain and a lowering of the risks of various possible mental disorders such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, alzheimers, and dementia;
  • Improvement in the body's immune function and ability to fight disease as toxic substances are removed from inhibiting body function.

The intravenous chelation performed at the clinic is supervised by the clinic's director, Doctor Radulescu, who has significant expertise in intravenous therapies, including as a lecturer in recent years on this subject at the Capital University of Integrative Medicine in Washington, D.C.
